Hi

Irrespective of the place or the state from where you have completed your class 12th, you are eligible for pursuing your bachelor's degree in any state across India or you can even get admission in a foreign country for your Bachelors Degree after class 12th.

So, yes you can definitely get admission in Andhra Pradesh for your Bachelors Degree after completing class  12th in Maharashtra.

But yes,

If you get admission in Andhrapradesh, then in certain cases you wont be eligible for reservation which students of Andhra Pradesh will enjoy.

For example ,

in jee main your home state is one from where you have completed your class twelfth so Maharashtra is your home state, in this case you will be eligible for admission in Andhra Pradesh through other state quota for which cut off goes a bit high.

Other than this, you don't need to worry at all, there's no problem
