4 years Btech course is better or 5 years daul course
Dual
degree means you will be getting your two degrees (B.Tech an M. Tech)
separately, which means you will get a B. Tech Degree after 4 year course and then a M. Tech Degree after 2
year course.
Whereas for integrated course, you will get both your degrees after pursuing a 5 year course for B. Tech + M. Tech.
Dual degree is much better than b.tech 4 year. So it is better to choose dual degree.

I will be stating a few points hope your doubts get cleared.
•5year dual degree program is more preferred if you are interested in doctorate program or further studies. They are more inclined to the research side of engineering.
•5year program saves you a year and allows you to explore more and find your area of interest.
• Most of the companies prefer a separate M.Tech degree instead of a dual one. Many PSUs (Public Sector Units) do not open recruitment for dual degree students.
• 4year program enables you to pursue masters from some foreign university or any better university than the one you completed undergraduate.
Both the programs have its own pros and cons. Dual degree from a reputed institute such as IITs that provides proper placements and outstanding exposure is beneficial.
Summing it up, from placement prospective, 4year programme is preferred and from higher studies and research prospective, dual degree is preferred.
