I would like to inform you that there are very few chances that you may get a government college through AIQ. But there are very high chances that you can get a government college through state counselling in Karnataka. The cutoffs for home state quota is generally low for SC as well as ST category as calculated from 2019's cutoff. It was around 450+. This year it will be higher as can be predicted by various sources on internet. There are chances that you can get-

-GIMS, Gadak,
-MIMS, Mandya,...etc.
