You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, in 2019 under State Quota, 574 marks were the cut off for General Category and 573 marks were the cut off for OBC. So if you belong to either of these Categories, it is difficult for a seat in a GMC. But on the other hand, if you belong to Reserved Categories, there are chances. see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on some of the factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc. since you did not mention your category,  considering you as general category you have no chances in any of the government colleges of UP at this score.
