With this rank if you are from general or OBC category then it will be difficult for you to get a seat in HBTU. Although if you are from SC or ST category then you can have a very good chance of getting CS at HBTU. Although you can try in the spot round as there also you might have a good chance of getting CSE in HBTU. Hope this helps.

Hi aspirant,
It would be difficult for you to get any branch in HBTU Kanpur. You won't get any decent NIT with that rank. I would suggest you to apply for private colleges that accept JEE Main's rank. Below is the link for the list of private colleges that accept JEE Main's rank.
