She would get quota benefits for the state she has been residing with and has completed 10th and 12th in that particular state. Applicants must also have Domicile of that particular state a sproof of residence to be eligible under HOMe state quota.

Which means if her birth is in gurgaon and has completed 12th there and also has Domicile then she will get Harayana state quota benefits. Else she can opt for All India Quota.
