my daughter done 10th in TamilNadu.If she does PU in Karnataka ,will she be consderd under 85% state reserve fr medical when applyin in TN.

Thanks for the question.
In order to be eligible for 85% quota, either the person should have born in that state or the candidate has done 10th and 12th from the same state.
The candidate will not be eligible in that case which you mentioned
