97% in inter and 58 marks in ts eamcet ..and I belong to BC-B caste .Is there any chance of getting cse or ece or civil engineering in jntu

as youre good at ipe but not on eamcet so you have rare chances of getting it but previous years cutoff is around 52k and based on category and rank you may get in civil engineering but not cse or ece thank you
