Solution : For successive percentage change use the following formula,
$=x+y+\frac{xy}{100}$
Given that, $x$ = 20% and $y$ = –20%
Net percent change = 20% – 20% – $\frac{20×20}{100}$ = – 4%
Hence, the correct answer is '4% decrease'.
