Hi Candidate,

In projectile motion, the Time of Flight is directly proportional to the initial velocity "u" and also with the angle of projection theta. The Range of the projectile also depends directly on the angle of projection theta and the initial velocity (u).

So, as the range is tripled by increasing the initial velocity and the angle of projection, hence the Time Period also gets increased.
