This is a easy question. You should practise from H. C. Vema "Concepts of Physics", it is a good book. First read the theory and then solved examples and after that solve chapter end questions. It will help you to gain confidence in rotational mechanics.

In this question first find energy due to linear motion (half m v square) and then find rotational energy (half I omga square) and then add them.
