A university having no good placements.And If I'm a very good student and rocked my performance overall 4 years..Do I have a chance of getting job(I mean placement)Both are same right....?(Especially Aerospace engineering in India)

See, if the college placements are not so good, if there is less/no on-campus drives in the college, then you have to apply for off-campus recruitment or pool campusings. There are many reputed companies like Honeywell, Rolls Royce, Infotech Enterprises, Tata etc recruit aerospace engineers. If you have good academic records and skills, you'll surely get placed.
