Your question isn't very clear.I have assumed that you are asking about the all India quota seats.Then yes Telangana is providing it's 15% seats for the all India quota counseling.And the admission in various colleges will depend upon your marks.Be careful while choice filling.You will get a college based on your marks and rank.
