According to rank predictor my rank will be in 35000 to37000. Can I get mit college?

Sorry, but with a rank of 35,000 in MHTCET 2019, you have very low chances of getting into MIT WPU pune.
To get into branches like Computer Science and Mechanical, you need to have a rank under 5000 in MHTCET.
You might try for other branches though, but chances seem very low.
