Actually I am doing master from political science from IGNOU , it's one year complete but due to certain condition I have to take a drop , so can I join again after one year ?

Probably yes. According to the institute's rules and regulations following are the conditions under which one can take re-admission:

-Students who failed to complete the requirements in full or in part within the maximum span period prescribed.

-Students who failed to complete the requirement of attendance in practicals as prescribed in programme curriculum within the maximum span period prescribed.

-Students who do not register for all years/semesters of a Programme and fail to pay the prescribed full Programme fee during the maximum duration of the Programme.

You can visit the official website of IGNOU and checkout the re-admission form with all the rules and regulations in detail to know whether you will be eligible to continue your course based on your situations.
