It means, you have atleast 5–6 years before you can appear for UPSC.
And there might be some possibilities of change in exam pattern not the Syllabus .
All you need is to spend your time in Reading newspaper .
Make a habit of reading it on daily basis.

Get a handy of syllabus for UPSC.
In next 2 years when you will be in spending your time in 11th and 12th.
You should read all the NCERT books from class 6 to class 12 which is required according to Syllabus.
Making a target of completing a book with in a month, that is going to be quite easy for you.
Spending 30 days to complete 5–6 chapters.
If you still have time , you should take a look over magazines like Yojana, Science Reporter so you can have a interest in reading these magazine..
When you will be in 1st year, you should start reading some standard book on GS paper , which you will come to know very easily when you will be in touch with other Aspirants.
One more thing, you will get a lot of standard videos, on various subject, over YouTube.
Predicting books name which you should refer , after 4–5 years is just a way to waste your time and mine too.
Just make habit of looking over the previous year question paper too.

Hope you are doing well ! Firstly see the question after write it because a lot of mistakes are there in your question ,even it is not clear to me ,however to some extent I can understand it ,you wish to join coaching after your class 10 for IAS but believe me it's too early for taking any decision ,ias is not an easy thing you should recognise yourself firstly then after take a decision , otherwise if you have decided to do this service then i suggest you firstly complete your class 12 only then after look for coaching with the graduation , Mukherjee Nagar and Rajinder Nagar are hub of upsc ,also a lot of online material is available nowadays. So be hardworker and focused.
