After 12 improvement exam can I give neet . as this year I have only 49 percent in 12 board

Yes you can definitely appear for NEET UG post year gap.



Make sure you have above 50%  aggregate after improvements exam.

There is no attempt limit for NEET.



Your age should be minimum 17 and maximum 25.
