Hi, hope you are doing well.

To study Master's in Engineering Management after B.Tech in aeronautical engineering is a good choice as it is a non traditional master's degree. Some admission requirements of MEM(Masters of Engineering Management) are:

1. An accredited bachelor’s degree program in an engineering or science discipline or it is equivalent with a good CGPA.

2. GMAT or GRE scores required by most universities. GRE or GMAT scores may be waived off for candidates with exceptional work experience.

3.Two or three letters of recommendation demonstrating the candidate’s academic, work and leadership skills.

4.A statement of purpose or personal statement.

M.E.M. graduates can pursue a wide variety of jobs, including Application Engineer, Associate Marketing Manager, Automation Engineer and Business Analyst.

Hope this helps.

Dear applicant, its great that you have chosen Aeronautical Engineering as your career stream. Now coming to the principal part, after completion, yes, you can apply for MS in Engineering Management more specifically Aviation Management to get better Chances. You can work in Airport in your desired posts like Aviation Manager, Aircraft Designer, Inspector and many more. But since in India the career is yet to flourish, if you have the Facilities then try to complete it from Foreign Countries for better opportunities.

Good luck!!
