Yes , you can apply for the fertilizers seeds and pesticides license. It's a benefit for you that if you applied for the license after completing your diploma. If you are pursuing BSC of agriculture in fisheries and veterinary then you are not able to apply for license. I'm appreciating you that you want to make license before start your business.
