At the time of filling the form you have to paste your photograpgh on it digitally, and also you have to put your signature on the form. You can simply do it with the help of a scanner the size of the photo must be less than 30kb and the signature should be less than 15 kb of size and both should be in JPG format. If you don't know how it's done you can simply go to any cyber cafe also your signature is required in the form not the principle's.
