Hello Dear Student,
Let me explain you proper Counselling process of Both the All India Counselling and State Quota Counselling.
Round 1 : In Both the Counselling Round 1 is "Free Exit", If you got the College in Round 1 of the Counselling then you can report to the Alloted College and you can also apply for Round 2 of the Counselling by taking consent from the Nodal Officer present in the College. but If you didn't reported to alloted college, you are Automatically Eligible for Round 2 of the Counselling.
But If you don't want to participate in Round 2 then you can take Free exit from the Counselling, and Counselling Fee will be refunded to you.
Round 2 : If you got the College by MCC Allotment process then within 2 days or stipulated time, you need to take firm decision whether you want to Take Admission in that College or Not. If you don't want to take that College then their is a Option of Exit available with “Forfeiture of Security Deposit” means Counselling fee will not be Refunded after participating in Round 2 and You can take Exit with Forfeiture and you are free to participate in your State Quota Counselling.
But If you Reported and Joined the Alloted College of Round 2 means you have reported and submitted the Documents to that College then you have to Join that College, you can not participate in any further Counselling processes.
I am again explaining this thing to you If you want to Go with your State Quota Counselling Seat then you have to surrender the Alloted Seat of Round 2 of the All India Counselling within 2 days of Allotment Result, you can take exit but Counselling fee will not be refunded. You can not Secure 2 Seats at a Same time like 1 in AIQ or 1 in State.
