Dear Aspirant, after Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering you can learn programming languages but firstly you should learn C/C++ as it help in hardware programming and python as it is most favoured language for automation framework testing. I congratulate you for choosing that path. But I would suggest that it is not only about learning those programming skills. It should also be about application of your skills. I suggest python and Java to learn. But try to do some own work in it. It adds your resume a lot.

Yes, you can learn programming languages like paython, java, etc. after Dimploma in Electronics . Python is very necessary for an ECE student . It is a very easy language because of it's friendly coding. Even you can learn it by yourself from the youTube Tutorials.
