After freezing my seat in josaa can I participate in csab round and get a seat there without loosing my josaa seat.

Csab special round counseling, conducted by central seat allocation board, is a special round counseling for filling seats in all nits, iiits, or gftis and iiest after josaa counseling.
Now for csab special round counselling for nits, iiits, gftis, one must fulfill the basic eligibility criteria for participating in csab special round counseling :-
Now, if you got alloted any seat in csab special round counseling and you accept it, then your josaa seat will automatically be cancelled. Also note that if you accept the seat in csab special round, then you don't have to pay the seat acceptance fees again, because you have already paid the seat acceptance fees once.

- You must have given JEE Mains by securing a valid rank
- If you are are not allotted any seat in JoSAA or didn't participated in JoSAA counselling, then you can participate in CSAB special round for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs 2020
- If you have been allotted any seat in NITs, IIITs or GFTIs through JoSAA and retaining your JoSAA seat, then also you can participate in csab special round counseling.
Now, if you got alloted any seat in csab special round counseling and you accept it, then your josaa seat will automatically be cancelled. Also note that if you accept the seat in csab special round, then you don't have to pay the seat acceptance fees again, because you have already paid the seat acceptance fees once.
