after giving improvement exam and taken new marksheet, is my TC will also change, cause it contain my old marksheet seat no. ????

Dear applicant
Warm wishes for clearing improvement examination and receiving a fresh marksheet based on that. Now it is totally upon the campus administration whether they would issue a new transfer certificate or not. What you do state your issue to the program coordinator and send a mail to the administration regarding availability of new transfer certificate.
