Hello!

The GNM course is of 3.5 years duration. BSc Nursing is of 4 years duration. And then, post basic BSc Nursing is of 2 years.

So, the total duration of this course would become 9.5 years(including post basic BSc Nursing) and 7.5 years with only BSc Nursing after GNM.

If you register yourself in State Nurse Registration Council as R.N.R.M after completing your GNM course, and then gain a few experience of work in nursing field. You can directly use this experience to get admission into Post Basic BSc Nursing(2 years duration). This could save a lot of time and money as BSc Nursing is of 4 years duration.

Hope you are clear!

Hi There,

After GNM taking admission in is not a good idea and bsc takes much time rather that post basic nursing. After post basic nursing you're Equalent to  nursing .

Please note  nursing four and half years

Post basic nursing two years.

So choose it wisely.
