Dear Prerna, it completely depends on your spcialisation. If you have completed your MA in Organizational Psychology, you can secure opportunities in MNCs which hire an Organizational Psychologist. If you have studied Child or Educational Psychology, you can try for the post of a Counsellor. Initially you do not get paid as much as you want to but as your experience increases, things will get better for you. Now because Mental Health is still a taboo in India, you have to have a wider network to be able to grab opportunities through word of mouth. Create a profile in Professional networking sites like LinkedIn wherein employers and companies keep posting job opportunities everyday.
