If you do not get any seat allotted till the second round of counselling , then you will get your fees refunded in the same account from which the payment was made by MCC. But the money will not be transferred to mop up round. As it willl take many days for the money to be refunded.  And you have to submit a form for fee refund.

If you want to participate in the mop up round then you have to pay again for the registration. The other amount of money that you have paid to the mcc will be refunded to you after some days on giving them application.

In mop up round the central /deemed / esic colleges seats are filled up.

Your money will be partially refunded . As once you confirm your seat , then the seat is reserved and no one else can apply . So if you choose to take another seat from different college than a seat os wasted . So part of the money will be deducted as per the college norms .
