Yes, you can apply for All India Quota in round 2 though you have secured a seat in State NEET Counselling round 1. Through All India Quota Counselling 15 percentage of the Central University seats, Deemed Universities seats, AIIMS, ESIC/AFMS, JIPMER and BSc Nursing seats are filled. NEET UG All India Quota Counselling is conducted in four rounds.

Round 2 Counselling Registration has started on 16 th February, 2022 and last date is 21 st February, 2022 11:55 pm. You can visit their official website i.e mcc.nic.in to get registered for round 2.
