After the addition of AIIMS and JIPMER in NEET is there any chance of lowering of cut offs for colleges like VMMC and UCMS ?

Hello student as this is the first year and so it's not fair to predict things the cut offs may rise and fall. So we should wait and just try to score as much as you can as both of  the college you mentioned are prestigious college. As we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank

After the addition of Aiims in NEET the top rankers would choose AIIMS braches first right? Or it'll be like AIIMS delhi will be at first position then MAMC then VMMC then UCMS and so...
