Hello there,
Yes, you can get a job. However, it will not happen anytime soon to get a stable and well-paying job as a translator. You need to build a whole set of new skills and experience. It doesn't matter what course you have studied. You must have done a certified language course. However, recruiters look for people who are well-versed in languages. A person with BA in English or any other language will take a lead here. But, this profession is all about experience of working with several people. The more experienced you are, the higher your selection chances are. Try doing meaningful internships in the language you are well-versed in. Internships can lead to a full-time job as well. Make a strong work resume. And you will get the job you wanted.
Be patience with the process. This link will give you other vital information.
