Actually without knowing your rank i cannot tell that wether it's a right decision to exit or not. Because you can try your luck at 6th round of josaa counseling.

Because the exiting option is only available till 5th round counseling. And you cannot exit at 6th round counseling.

Now, if you want to participate in csab special round counseling, then you can take part online via csab.nic.in
Now for csab special round counselling for nits, iiits, gftis, one must fulfill the basic eligibility criteria for participating in csab special round counseling :-

You must have given JEE Mains by securing a valid rank

If you are are not allotted any seat in JoSAA or didn't participated in JoSAA counselling or your seat got cancelled or you have withdrawn your seat, then you can participate in CSAB special round for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs 2020

Now as you will be participating in csab special round counseling, then you have to pay the participation fees of rs. 16500 (for sc/st/pwd) or Rs. 36500 ( for general /obc ).
Then do the choice filling and if you got alloted any seat then accept it by giving the seat acceptance fees of Rs. 35000 ( for gen/obc/ews ) or Rs.15000 (for sc/st/pwd), and upload the documents.
