You don't need to worry at all dear. Neet examination difficulty lever and paper pattern is still the same , the only thing that has changed is that now aiims and jipmer will be also providing admission through neet , nothing else has changed.
So , you don't need to worry about physics difficulty level , just focus on preparation

- Difficulty level is going to be the similar, no assertion reasoning questions will be there
- In your Neet 2020 examination , you will have 180 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology . 45 questions will be from Physics, 45 questions from Chemistry, and 90 questions will be from your biology.
- 4 marks will be awarded to you for every correct answer and there is negative marking of one mark for every wrong answer.
So , you don't need to worry about physics difficulty level , just focus on preparation
