I am afraid that you won't be able to get government medical college via neet as per last year statistics.
For kgmu opening rank was 2318 and it went to 24680 for etawah.

Dear Argh, sorry to disappoint you but this rank is not enough to fetch you seat in GOVT medical college under STATE QUOTA.
Last year the cut off rank was 24680 for U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah.
Also since the exam was bit easy this year so the cut off ranks are expected decrease. Which means cut off marks are going to increase.

There is a bit confusion over the ranks. The above I mentioned was state rank and the college predictor is predicting according to your marks. So please tell me your score..

Cut offs change every year and it depends on various factors. We will be more than glad if you can get a seat of your desired college. But please remember that it is a predictor and predicts going by previous marks range and not a guaranteer of any seat. With 503 marks, going by previous cut offs you have a chance at:
