All my 10th certificates are taken by my college,I have duplicate black n white certificate.Can i upload it to my NEET UG application?

Dear candidate, NTA has mentioned some guidelines for uploading the documents.

Class 10th Passing certificate: Instructions:

File size of 100kb to 400 kb in JPG/JPEG format.

Let's consider the case you upload the duplicate /photocopied documents. Since they are already photocopied then to fulfill the above criteria of size you have to edit that image and the pixels of the image may get blurred. In this case NTA will ask you to upload the document again.

If you don't receive any mail then consider your application to be good.
If you are unable to upload these photocopied then write an application to your college and get all your originals back and then upload them.
