Am complete my B-Tech in Biotechnology Now Am confused somebody say that M-Tech better and some MBA So my question wht the benefits both ?
First of all , congratulations in the completion of your B.Tech Degree.
There are many benefits to pursuing both Master of Technology as well as Master of Business Administration. They are explained below.
M.Tech is a 2 year post graduate degree. If you pursue this post graduate degree, you will have more specialization in your technical subject. Such specialization will definitely give you more advantage while pursuing a career in your technical field of biotechnology. There is obvious increase in salary packages for you if you have such specialization in your technical field.
Some career options that you will have an advantage in after doing your M.Tech are:
*Clinical Reasearcher : Many drug companies require clinical trials on human beings before they are released to the market and this is where clinical researchers come into play checking out the guidelines and the drugs are tested through phases. After a degree in Biotechnology, one can do masters in clinical research to pursue a career in this field. With the rise in medical trials for drugs that are being developed and tested in India, demand for clinical researchers are on the rise.
*Biomedical engineering: it is the field where the concepts of Engineering are applied to the field of biology and medical field to find solutions for healthcare. It is one of the most important use of biotechnology and has been classified into many ways according to the way in which the engineering is applied to healthcare. It is also used for development in rehabilitation of disabled individuals and similar cases. In such case it is called rehabilitation engineering .Another use is in the development of medical devices for curing or prevention of health issues such as pacemakers, artificial organs, etc. To pursue biomedical engineering, one must go for an M.Sc degree in biomedical engineering. But it's would also be wise to go abroad for higher studies inorder to pursue this field as it has more opportunities in other countries.
*Bioinformatics: It is a field that combine combines computer science, engineering, mathematics and statistics to develop software tools to interpret biological data. It analyses the data and information and uses it to understand the mutations and changes in our human biology. Jobs such as Research scientists , science technician, medical coding are some of the common careers in this field. Medical coding is also one of most on demand jobs for bioinformatics graduates.
*Microbiologist : They deal with microscopic organisms such as bacteria , algae and fungi . They perform research work on these organisms that may have agricultural or medical benefits.
* Besides this there many more fields like genetic engineering, medical technicians ,etc.
On the other hand ,Master of Business Administration is a two year duration course. It is a course emphasizing on managerial skills leadership and business development skills. If you are interested in such kind of roles where you take responsibility for your team and can work under pressure , then MBA is suitable for you. Congratulations on completion of your B.Tech in Biologytechnology.
For your further studies, I recommend you to do some research in what career optoins you want to pursue.
Studying M.Tech would further elevate your technical skill and you can pursue your career in domains like Laboratory Technician/Assistant, Sales Job in Biopharma Industry,Teaching, Jobs in Private/Goverment sectors etc.
Studying
MBA

Both domains are perfectly good to get admitted. What is important is that what career you want to follow, than according to that choose your domian for your further study.
These are some universities which provides both the domains with e xcellent holistic environment to study in and indulge oneself into other activities and projects as well.
I have a student whom I counselled studying the same program B.Tech-Biotechnology and currently studying in MBA in Lovely Professional University . He is in his final years and the experienced as he has shared has been very positive .
Happy Learning.
