Dear Praveen, in 2018,  417 marks secured a seat in Thootukudi Medical college under SC Category under All India Quota. And 543 marks secured a Medical seat in Rajah Mutiah Medical college. However cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no. of candidates appearing for tge exam, difficulty of the exam and top NEET score. So your scores should be atleast 50 marks more than the previous cut offs because more than 3 lakh students registered for NEET since last time but the seats haven't increased the same way.
