As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have ni chance for the ESIC Medical College and Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Chennai.
Last year the cutoff was around to 600+ for general and obc and almost around to 530+ for reservation category of sc and st. And you have much less marks than that, so no for the college.
