Am I eligible for NDA 2019 that will held on November 2019 if I'm a student who is appearing class 12 for the second time this year?

Hello,
The eligibility criteria to apply for NDA 2 in this year 2019 is
- A candidate must be born in between 2nd January 2000 to 1st January 2004.
- The age must be in between 16 and 1/2 years to 19 years.
- A candidate must complete class 12th.
If you meet the eligibility criteria then you can apply for it.
