To be eligible for NEET, you must pass in all subjects of class 12 and your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology should be -
UR - 50%
OBC/SC/ST - 40%
PWD - 45%
Assuming you are a general candidate, you are eligible for NEET as you have passed all the subjects and your aggregate is 75.67 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

First of all congratulations for securing such a good marks .
As per your query you need to know that to be eligible to write NEET one has to be 17 years of age with at least 50% ( for UR category) aggregate marks in class XII boards with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Looking at your marks, I can say that you are surely eligible.
NEET consider aggregate marks of physics+chemistry+biology only.
