Yes. MSc Biotech is itself a very good career option to go with and your HR manageme nt diploma will work as a cherry on the cake.
You can go into the extensive field of research. Nowadays even Indian companies give preferances to candidates with dual degrees. Also You can set up your own lab in a collaboration or take up a franchisee. There are a lot of foreign companies also who are demanding biotech resources from India.
