Dear Dheeraj, please use this link for COAP Registration: https://www.digialm.com//EForms/configuredHtml/844/51671/Registration.html.

Please only use Internet Explorer version 10-11 or Mozilla Firefox version 48 to 53 or Google Chrome 50 to 55 to fill in the application form.
