Dear Dheeraj, it is understood that the COAP registrations will commence only after the last day of filling the M.Tech applications at IIT Delhi. So ideally you should be given an option wherein COAP registration number is not mandatory. Wherein it is not a mandatory field to be completed. Please check if that is a possibility. I will look into that once again. I have an other doubt, IIT madras is not accepting 2019 GATE for registration. Can u sort out this problem?
