Applying B.A in IGNOU in distance education, whether all procedures till completion of degree can be done in regional centres or we have to go for anything to headquarters (delhi)? what about practicals?

You just need to submit your application process in online mode for admission in IGNOU, paying course fee and relevant scanned documents with personal and academic details.
