Are JNTUs other than kakinada like Vizianagaram, Narasaraopet, Ananthpur are preferable than GMRIT for CSE?

Hi there,
Colleges under JNUT are always preferable , but as you excluded the Kakinada, it is not that worthy. GMRIT is also a good college as it is also an autonomous Institute affiliated to JNTU , Kakinada.
Here I'm assuming CSE is Computer Science and Engineering not cyber security.
