Each and every college has different eligibility criteria for admission. But generally you will need to pass 10+2/equivalent along with maths, chemistry and biology as the compulsory subjects. In many colleges Physics is also treated as one of the compulsory subjects. So whether maths and physics are compulsory or not to get B.Tech in Biotechnology depends on what exam or which college you are going for.
