Every Job has its own advantage and disadvantages. If you talk in terms of stress then we can say that working in corporate domain which is a private sector turns out to be a little more stressful because of amount of work expected to be done by you and you are bound to meet deadlines. Missing deadlines might even cause you to lose your job.
But again I will say it depends a lot on you how you take the situation, how you address any job and the level of stress you are gonna express. Your stream does not matter at all in doing both corporate jobs or civil services. It depends on your interest and dedication what you want to do.
Instead of worrying about stress you will face in job you should take a decision on the basis of your interest and start working hard because neither civil service nor getting a top b-school for MBA is easy.
All the best!!

If you are interested in management and want to enter into corporate sector with high salary but no security about job then you need to go for MBA but if you only want a secured job with less salary then you can go for govt. Jobs.
In the end it is always your decision. I will say hi with your interests otherwise you won't be able to perform your best and sustain in this competitive environment.
