Yes. Candidates with Disabilities coming under RPWD Act are eligible for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced and there by they are also eligible for JOSAA Counselling. Such Candidates have to fill a format that has been authorised by JOSAA. Please check that at: https://josaa.nic.in/webinfocms/Handler/FileHandler.ashx?i=File&ii=150&iii=Y
