Are the dates for counseling inclusive of the dates mentioned in the notice? Eg: For 17-19 July can we complete the admission process on 19?

Definitely if it is mentioned in such a manner 17-19 july then you can complete your admission process on 17, 18,or 19.Both dates are inclusive ie. 17 and 19. So now you don't have to worry regarding such provided dates in future.
