Hello Aspirant,

See there is no any Hard & fast rule for any specific period of time to study. What matters is the quality of study not the quantity of study so whether you study for 3 hours a day or you study for 7 hours a day, but the time for which you study you should fully focus on your studies and don't let your mind be distracted here and there.

I am enlisting down some preparation tips which will help you to some extent in your NEET preparation because right now you are in class 12th so you must be appearing for NEET 2022 :-

**Very first thing is go through the NEET Syllabus and categorize it as Easy, Difficult and average. Start with the easy ones and after completing one easy chapter move ahead to average and then difficult. Now as you have studied class 11th so you will be able to categorize it efficiently because so many topics are interlinked of 11th and 12th so that you can judge what is easy and what is difficult for you.

**Go for the best study material which can make you more confident while solving the question of NEET because it will boost your moral.
