As a whole VIT Vellore is within the top 20 colleges in India, does it mean VIT Chennai has got the same rank.

The engineering rankings released by various agencies are majorly for the main campus of of the University. But there are lot of similarities between VIT Vellore and Chennai. The faculties at both the campuses are brilliant and most of them have done P.hd in their subjects, the acaedmic curriculum for both are same. Moreover there are joint placements for all the students at Vellore which means equal job opportunities for all.
